Add 2400kg of distilled water into the reactor, add a total of 22.5kg of 102 leveling agent and sodium dodecyl sulfate, quickly stir for 0.5h to dissolve, and then add 157.5kg of butyl acrylate, 15kg of acrylamide, and 0.3kg of ammonium persulfate. Raise the temperature to 80 ℃ for polymerization, while gradually adding the remaining 472.5kg of butyl acrylate and 45kg of acrylamide, and continuously adding ammonium persulfate to a total of 3kq. Add the material within 1 hour. Then react at 82-85 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours. After the reaction is completed, vacuum and vacuum distillation are performed. Steam out unreacted monomers. Cool the polymer to room temperature and stir to lower its pH value to 4-5. The product is packaged with materials.
